Action Instruments G438-0001 Signal Conditioner

The Action Instruments G438-0001 Ultra SlimPak Signal Conditioner is a DIN-rail mounted, potentiometer-input signal conditioner that translates a potentiometer signal into a stable, isolated DC output for process control systems. It provides 1800 VDC isolation between input, output, and power, and covers a potentiometer input range from 100 Ω to 100 kΩ, with configurable outputs in voltage (0–5 V or 0–10 V) or current (0–1 mA, 0–20 mA, or 4–20 mA); optional factory calibration (C620) is available. The module operates from a 9–30 VDC supply and is part of Action Instruments’ Ultra SlimPak G-series, designed to snap onto standard TS32/MD02 or TS35/MD03 DIN rails with a 12.6 mm width. Common applications include interfacing position sensors or potentiometer-based setpoints to remote PID controllers or data acquisition systems.
