Adalet PML-415A High Voltage Male Coupler Insulator

Adalet PML-415A is a 15 kV, 500 A high-voltage plug‑male line‑mounted cable coupler insulator in Adalet’s 415/515 Series, built for quick, secure connections between portable cables and equipment in rugged industrial environments. It pairs a corrosion‑resistant aluminum shell with a rigid EPDM insulator tube and silver‑plated copper contacts rated up to 500 A, designed for line‑mount (cable‑mount) or gear‑mount (equipment‑mount) installations and offering four mating options to fit common setups. Cable outer diameters of 1.50 to 3.50 inches are supported by the insulator assembly, and each coupler ships with a stress‑control kit and installation instructions for straightforward field assembly, with use specified up to 15 kV. Typical applications include extending portable cables to mining equipment such as electric shovels and draglines, portable substations, transformers, barges or ships, and turbine generators, as well as motor disconnects spanning 600 V to 15 kV and up to 500 A per contact.
