Adaptec ASR-8405 TXCMC SAS/SATA RAID Controller is a 4‑port internal 12 Gb/s SAS/SATA PCIe 3.0 x8 RAID adapter (Dell TXCMC variant 0TXCMC) that provides hardware RAID for servers. It exposes four internal SFF‑8643 connections for direct SAS/SATA drives, supports RAID levels 0, 1, 1E, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60, and includes a 1 GB cache to accelerate IO.
