AMCI DC25F-B1NPRGMDE is a DuraCoder incremental encoder with a flange-mount housing and end connector, designed for harsh mill-duty environments where reliable rotational position sensing is essential. It features IP67-rated ruggedness and a powder-coated aluminum body, ideal for demanding applications such as mining equipment and heavy automation setups. The model uses a B output configuration (current sink, single-ended 24 Vdc max) and a 3/8 in. diameter shaft with a 0.875 in. length (no flat), in a DC25F (flange mount) package with end connection. It belongs to the field-programmable DURACODER family, offering a selectable 2–1024 counts-per-turn resolution (N-type) via PRGM, enabling flexible scaling across systems and simplifying inventory. The encoder provides standard incremental quadrature signals and can include a marker pulse for homing or turns-counting in suitable configurations, with an End connector option and availability of a 15 ft integral cable or separate MSD-10/MSD-16 mating connectors.
