Advanced Motion Controls DZSANTU-02 Servo Drive

The Advanced Motion Controls DZSANTU-02 DigiFlex Performance PCB Mount Servo Drive is a compact EtherCAT-enabled servo amplifier designed for embedded, board-level integration in distributed or centralized motion systems. As part of AMC's DigiFlex Performance family (DZE/DZS), this PCB-mount drive delivers full tuning of position, velocity, and torque loops and includes on-board I/O for high-density integration. DriveWare software simplifies commissioning with a real-time oscilloscope (up to eight channels) and a diagnostic status window spanning more than 50 channels. It supports universal encoder feedback on a single package, with options including 5V TTL incremental, 1Vp-p Sin/Cos, Heidenhain, and EnDat encoders, enabling broad encoder compatibility. DxM technology enables multi-axis configurations over a single EtherCAT connection when paired with compatible DZE/DZS drives, and DigiFlex Performance products offer networking options such as EtherCAT, CANopen, POWERLINK, Modbus TCP/RTU, and RS485 for flexible system integration, making the DZSANTU-02 suitable for a wide range of servo applications, including driving three-phase brushless motors in distributed or centralized architectures.
