Advanced Motion Controls MC1XDZ03A PCB Mount Servo Drive is a DigiFlex Performance servo drive designed to install directly on a printed circuit board when paired with AMC mounting cards such as MC1XDZC03. The DZ03 family delivers torque, velocity, and position control for brushed, voice-coil, or brushless motors, making it a compact, integrated solution for tight automation spaces. It operates from a 10–80 V DC supply and, in standard DZC03 configurations, supports up to 40 A peak current (with HP1 variants offering higher peak current up to 60 A). The mounting-card approach simplifies wiring by providing CANopen connectivity between the drive, controller, motor, and feedback devices, while keeping the electronics close to the motor. This PCB-mount option is ideal for applications requiring dense packaging—robotic subassemblies, CNC modules, and other precision tooling—where a servo drive needs to be embedded near the motor and feedback sensor.
