Advantage Controls MegaTron XS XSCF2E Controller is a compact, single-system water treatment controller designed for continuous monitoring and control of industrial water systems such as cooling towers, boilers, and wastewater facilities. It uses an ATM-style, 16-line full-graphic display that enables complete keypad programming and configuration for the exact application. The XSCF2E model handles conductivity-based control (including make-up conductivity) as well as pH/ORP, temperature, and flow monitoring, with data logging, service reports, and alarm history to support operator oversight. It provides 4-20 mA input and output capability, up to 8 digital inputs, and up to 5 control relays for dosing pumps, valves, or other actuators, making it suitable for a range of tower and boiler treatment scenarios. For remote visibility, MegaTron XS supports WebAdvantage reporting via an optional Internet card, enabling monitoring and data access from a networked location. The unit is designed to be configured for a single recirculating water system and can be expanded with optional cards and accessories as described in Advantage Controls literature, while maintaining a straightforward, user-guided setup that emphasizes reliability and traceable history of sensor readings and changes.
