Advantech ADAM-3011 Process Controller

Advantech ADAM-3011 is an isolated thermocouple input module that plugs into Advantech’s ADAM signal-conditioning ecosystem to deliver thermocouple measurements with three‑way isolation up to 1,000 VDC between input, output, and power, improving safety in noisy industrial environments. It supports thermocouple types J, K, T, E, S, R, and B with configurable selection and 2-/3-/4-wire input configurations; it runs from a single +24 VDC supply and is designed for flexible DIN‑rail mounting. The module provides a 0–10 V analog output (0.5 Ω output impedance) with a 4 Hz bandwidth, an input impedance of 2 MΩ, and at least 115 dB common‑mode rejection, ensuring stable, linearized readings across its specified range. Accuracy is specified as ±2°C at 25°C, and power consumption is about 1.4 W, with an operating range of 0–50°C, making it suitable for isolated temperature monitoring in PLC or data‑acquisition systems within industrial control networks.
