AEG AS-B872-200 Industrial Solid State Relay Module

The AS-B872-200 is a four-channel analog output module for Schneider Electric's Modicon family (AEG branding), designed to drive voltage-based actuators and instrumentation from a PLC. Each channel can output -10 to 10 V, -5 to 5 V, 0 to 5 V, or 0 to 10 V, with the range selectable per channel, delivering 12-bit resolution and updating all four outputs in under 1 ms. Isolation is rated 1000 V continuous between channels, channel-to-case, and channel-to-module, enabling safe integration in mixed control environments. The module is powered from a +5 V logic supply (up to 750 mA) and a +4.3 V supply (about 5 mA). It occupies one rack slot and weighs roughly 1.4 kg (about 3 lb). The AS-B872-200 uses terminal connector AS-8535-000, and the mechanical housing supports TOP/BOTTOM orientation for installation in compatible enclosures. Common applications include driving analog actuators, valve positioners, and instrumentation signals in automation, process control, packaging, and manufacturing lines, or anywhere a precise voltage output is required from a PLC backplane.
