Aerotech ATS150-100-U-40P Linear Ball Screw Actuator is a ball-screw driven linear stage offering 100 mm of travel with a 4 mm lead per revolution. Built around an aluminum body and stage with a clear anodize finish, it embodies the ATS150 family’s compact, rigid screw-driven design for precision positioning. For metrology or alignment tasks, the 100 mm travel model supports an optional noncontact rotary encoder (1000 lines) and an optional high-accuracy linear encoder (-E1) with calibrated resolutions from 0.001 µm to 0.2 µm.
