AGASTAT 7012AF Timing Relay

AGASTAT 7012AF Time Delay Relay is a 2‑pole, two Form C (DPDT‑CO) AC timing relay with a 120 V coil rated for 60 Hz operation. Part of the AGASTAT 7000 Series, it provides an on‑delay timing function of 1 to 10 minutes: when the 120 VAC coil is energized, the timer starts and, after the set interval, the load is transferred from one contact position to the alternate Form C contacts. De‑energizing the coil during the delay recycles the timer for another cycle. The contacts are rated at 10 A and can switch up to 240 VAC loads; the unit is designed for chassis mounting and operates up to 75 °C ambient. An optional surge/transient protection feature is available to shield control circuitry from transients generated when the timer coil energizes. This relay is well suited to sequencing and interlock tasks in industrial control panels, motor control circuits, and automation interfaces where a precise, repeatable delay is required between energization and a switch event.
