0531-F0472-301 Thermocouple Vacuum Gauge Tube is a replacement gauge tube for Agilent/Varian 531 thermocouple vacuum gauges, enabling rough vacuum measurement in laboratory vacuum systems. The tube houses a thermocouple sensing element and uses a 1/8 in NPT (0.125") male fitting for direct mounting into compatible gauge assemblies. Constructed from mild steel, this gauge tube is designed to operate with 531 gauge configurations and supports the standard rough-vacuum range of the family. The 531 / 0531 series measures total pressure from about 0.001 Torr to 2 Torr, providing the sensing element needed for accurate readouts when integrated with an Agilent Varian gauge controller.
