The Airflow Systems 1200VOM Oil Mist Cabinet Collection System is a compact vertical oil-mist collector that delivers up to 1,200 CFM of source capture, built around the MistPak MistPlus Contaminant Management System to trap oil mist and dry particulates with high filtration efficiency. Constructed from 16-gauge steel with a powder-coated cabinet, the unit measures 25 inches wide by 44 inches tall by 16 inches deep, and its vertical form minimizes floor space while simplifying drainage. It offers two blower options: 1.0 HP for 115/230/1/60 service (approximately 14.0 A at 115 V and 7.0 A at 230 V) and 1.5 HP for 208-230/460/3/60 service (approximately 4.2–4.8 A at 208-230 V and 2.4 A at 460 V). The system operates at about 72 dBA with the 1.0 HP package. A direct-drive blower design provides higher static pressure and longer filter life, while Ultra-Seal filter mounting minimizes contaminant bypass. Optional add-ons include a Silencer, Chevron Mist Eliminator, HEPA After-Filter Module, and DOP/Heavy Smoke Filter to tailor filtration to your needs. This cabinet is well suited for metalworking environments that generate oil-based mists, such as CNC milling or turning, offering robust oil-mist collection without occupying extensive floor space.
