ALCO Controls STAS-487T Take-Apart Filter Dryer

ALCO Controls STAS-487T is a steel take-apart filter-drier shell for liquid- and suction-line service in high-capacity HVAC/R systems. It uses a single replaceable core (not included) and features a 7/8 in. ODF connection, a 48 in³ desiccant volume, and a 100-mesh outlet screen to prevent desiccant migration, all housed in a corrosion-resistant steel shell with epoxy powder coating. The unit is rated for up to 680 psi working pressure and designed for rapid core changes without cutting refrigerant lines, minimizing downtime.
