Alemite 6304-B Hydraulic Quick-Disconnect Coupler

6304-B is Alemite’s standard hydraulic quick-disconnect coupler, delivering fast, leak-tight connections for 1/8 in NPTF hydraulic fittings. This standard variant features a female 1/8" NPTF thread with a metal seal and is rated for up to 10,000 psi (690 bar) in hydraulic service. Ideal for industrial hydraulic systems and lubrication lines, it mates with compatible 1/8" NPTF(f) couplers to enable rapid connect/disconnect without tools. The 6304-B differs from the 6304-C variant, which adds a built-in check valve for backflow protection in certain applications. Designed for high-pressure work in machinery power units, presses, and other hydraulic equipment, the 6304-B's robust, metal-seal design emphasizes reliability in demanding environments, while staying compatible with standard Alemite hardware across the 1/8" NPTF family.
