Alfa Laval Tri-Clover 361-30W-20-2-1 2-E-316L air-actuated valve is a sanitary, single-seat valve from the Tri-Clover line designed for clean‑in‑place environments in dairy, beverage, and food processing. It is part of the 700 Series of air‑operated valves, utilizing 1.4404 (316L) wetted parts and Tri-Clover clamp‑end connections for secure, hygienic installation. The valve is delivered in a normally closed (NC) configuration and can be rebuilt to normally open; Alfa Laval supports mounting of control accessories such as IndiTop, ThinkTop, or ThinkTop Basic for integrated actuation and feedback. Wetted seals are EPDM by default with NBR available as an alternative, and cavity-cleaning connections (ISO 228 G½) are offered to support CIP/SIP cleaning regimes; optional seal materials include HNBR or FPM. Built for corrosion resistance and sanitary cleaning, the product features a semi-bright external surface and a bright internal surface with Ra below 0.8 µm, ensuring a smooth finish for hygienic piping systems.
