Alfa Laval LKB-F 4" DN150 HT:11K195 PN 10 1.4404 Butterfly Valve

Alfa Laval LKB-F 4" (DN150) butterfly valve, PN 10, stainless steel 1.4404, part HT:11K195, designed for hygienic inline service in stainless piping and built for easy removal of the valve body without dismantling the line thanks to flange connections. This DN150 valve supports manual operation with a locking handle (DN125 and DN150 sizes offer two intermediate positions for fine-tuning flow) or can be configured with an actuator for pneumatic control. Wetted parts use stainless steels: body/wetted components typically 1.4307 (304L) or 1.4404 (316L); the disc is 1.4301 (304) or 1.4404 (316L), with seal options including EPDM, FPM, HNBR or PFA for hygienic applications. End connections are standard Tri-Clamp or butt weld, with other connections available on request, and ThinkTop control/indication options and other accessories can be added for automated setups. The LKB-F family is rated for full vacuum to 10 bar and is suited for low- to medium-viscosity liquids, offering a substantial opening area and low flow resistance in stainless pipe systems, with operating temperatures approximately -25°C to 90°C (-13°F to 194°F).
