Allen-Bradley 1719-OB2 2-Channel Intrinsically Safe DC Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1719-OB2 FLEXHA 5000 Ex I/O 2-Channel Intrinsically Safe DC Output Module delivers two digital outputs at 24V DC nominal for intrinsically safe field control in FLEXHA 5000 Ex I/O systems. This DIN-rail mounted module communicates on the FLEXHA 5000 backplane, provides channel-to-system isolation, and includes channel and module status LEDs to indicate operation. Used in oil and gas facilities, chemical plants, process skids, and other hazardous production environments requiring intrinsically safe output switching for field devices, it is commonly applied for driving solenoid valves, pilot valves, relays, alarms, and indicator devices, and supports I/O expansion and replacement of failed outputs as part of hazardous area retrofits.
