Allen-Bradley 1719-PSDC DC Power Supply Module

The Allen-Bradley 1719-PSDC Ex I/O DC Power Supply Module is a 24 V DC power source for Bulletin 1719 Ex I/O backplanes, providing the bus supply for connected I/O modules and adapters mounted on the backplane. It delivers a 24 V DC output with up to 45 watts of power, enabling up to three 1719-PSDC units to be used in an N+1 redundancy configuration. The enclosure measures 32 × 100 × 103 mm and weighs about 220 g, making it a compact fit for standard Ex I/O racks. It is rated for Zone 2/Class I, Division 2 installations or safe-area locations, aligning with hazardous-area requirements. Operating temperature range is -4 to 60 C (-20 to 140 F). As part of the 1719 Ex I/O system, the 1719-PSDC supplies stable DC power to the I/O modules and adapters on the backplane, supporting reliable automation in industrial settings.
