Allen-Bradley 1734-EP24DC is a POINT I/O expansion power supply module that provides backplane power for POINT I/O modules and expands the I/O capacity within a POINT I/O rack. It accepts 24V DC nominal input (10–28.8 V DC range) and draws up to 400 mA on the field side, while delivering power to the POINTBus—up to 1 A at 10–19.2 V input and up to 1.3 A at 19.2–28.8 V input. The module supports 4–17 I/O modules per system, with a total rack capacity of up to 63 modules when used with expansion power supplies, and it measures 76.2 × 25.4 × 133.4 mm (approximately 3.0 × 1.0 × 5.25 in) and weighs about 120 g.
