Allen-Bradley 1734-IB4 is a POINT I/O digital input module that provides four 24V DC sinking inputs for use in Point I/O networks. Each of the four channels accepts a 24V DC signal and sinks current to a common return, with a nominal on-state current of 4 mA per channel (range 2–5 mA) and an on-state voltage of 24V DC. Designed for integration with Rockwell Automation's Point I/O system, it supports standard 24V sensors—such as pushbuttons and limit switches—and feeds discrete input status to a ControlLogix/CompactLogix controller via the POINT I/O bus.
