Allen-Bradley 1734-IV8 8-Point Digital Input Module

Allen-Bradley 1734-IV8 is an 8-channel digital input module for the POINT I/O system that provides 24V DC sourcing inputs. It accepts eight independent 24V DC signals and communicates them to the POINT I/O backplane, making it ideal for reading discrete field signals from sensors, pushbuttons, and limit switches in industrial cabinets. Each channel supports up to 5 mA of input current, with a total POINTBus current budget of 75 mA and a power dissipation of about 1.6 W. The 1734-IV8 is designed to mount on a Point I/O base (such as 1734-TB, 1734-TBS, 1734-TOP, or 1734-TOPS) and interfaces with Rockwell Automation controllers over the POINT I/O bus, enabling scalable, modular digital input expansion within a ControlLogix or CompactLogix environment.
