Allen-Bradley 1734-OA4 Digital Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1734-OA4 POINT I/O Four-Channel Digital Output Module delivers four nonisolated AC output points for controlling line-powered devices in an in-cabinet distributed I/O network. Each channel is a sourcing output rated for 120/240 VAC with a maximum of 750 mA per channel and a combined module limit of 2.0 A, making it suitable for driving relays, contactors, and similar AC loads from a Rockwell Automation POINT I/O system. The module’s on-state voltage drop is about 1.0 V at 0.75 A, and its off-state leakage is designed for high-voltage operation, with isolation between field and system rated at 240 V continuous and reinforced insulation tested to 3,250 V DC. The OA4 family module is designed for open-style installations and supports mounting with standard POINT I/O base units such as 1734-TB, 1734-TBS, 1734-TOP, or 1734-TOPS, enabling cabinet or panel configurations. With a maximum power dissipation of 3.5 W at 264 VAC, the OA4 provides a compact, rail-friendly solution for expanding AC output capacity within a POINT I/O network, commonly used for lighting, fans, valve actuation, and other 120/240 VAC loads in industrial automation environments.
