Description:
Allen-Bradley 1734-OE2C is a two-channel POINT I/O analog current-output module that generates 4–20 mA or 0–20 mA signals from a 24 V DC supply for use in POINT I/O networks. Each channel is a single-ended, non-isolated output with 13-bit resolution, 0.1% full-scale accuracy at 25 °C, and a 24 µs step response, making it suitable for precise control of actuators and process devices. The module operates from 24 V DC (10–28.8 V) with a typical supply current of about 70 mA (including outputs) and a POINTBus current budget of 75 mA at 5 V. Electrical characteristics include 0 mA output until communication is established, a per-channel load range of 0–750 Ω, and a maximum power dissipation of 1.23 W per channel at 750 Ω (1.83 W at 0 Ω).
