Allen-Bradley 1734-OE4C PLC Module

The Allen-Bradley 1734-OE4C POINT I/O module is a four-channel analog current-output module for the POINT I/O system. It provides four independent current outputs (4-20 mA) to drive field devices such as valves, actuators, or analog controllers. Each channel supports a 4-20 mA output with a maximum load of 750 Ω per channel, enabling straightforward conversion of current to voltage across standard field wiring. The module mounts in a POINT I/O base (for example 1734-TB or 1734-TBS) and is powered from a field supply in the 10–28.8 V DC range (nominal 24 V), drawing about 110 mA at 24 V including the output load. There is no isolation between individual outputs or between outputs and field power, a characteristic of this OE4C model. As part of Rockwell Automation’s POINT I/O family, the 1734-OE4C delivers compact, modular analog signaling suitable for controlling process actuators or analog feedback inputs in automation panels. With four channels on a single module, it enables efficient expansion of analog output capability in small to mid-size control systems.
