Allen-Bradley 1734-PDN DeviceNet Interface Module

The Allen-Bradley 1734-PDN POINT I/O DeviceNet Interface Module is the DeviceNet adapter for a POINT I/O rack, bridging the POINT I/O backplane to a DeviceNet network. It mounts on the left side of the POINT I/O starter module and uses the Allen-Bradley 1485C-P1-Cxxx DeviceNet cable to connect to the network, with 24V DC DeviceNet power required at up to 400 mA. Supported data rates are 125K, 250K, and 500K bit/s, with maximum segment lengths of 500 m, 250 m, and 100 m respectively. When used with POINT I/O, the 1734-PDN supports up to about 136 I/O points on DeviceNet. This module enables I/O data exchange between the DeviceNet master and POINT I/O digital and/or analog modules, aligning with POINT I/O installation and DeviceNet adapter guidelines.
