Allen-Bradley 1734-TB Terminal Base

Allen-Bradley 1734-TB Terminal Base is the POINT I/O base designed to mount a single 1734 I/O module on a DIN rail. It is a two-piece assembly that combines a DIN-rail mounting base (MB) with a removable terminal block (RTB), delivering mechanical support, backplane connectivity to the POINTBus, and eight screw-clamp field-wiring terminals for external connections. The base supports an 8-position terminal block and is used with 1734 POINT I/O modules in open-style enclosures without an added enclosure rating. Electrical specs include a 28.8 V DC or 120/240 V AC power-bus option for the base, a maximum terminal-base current of 2 A, and terminal-screw torque of 0.8 N·m (7 in-lb). Wiring must use solid or stranded copper wire rated to at least 75 °C with insulation up to 1.2 mm (3/64 in). When paired with compatible 1734 I/O modules, the 1734-TB provides a straightforward, field-wiring-ready interface that simplifies installation and maintenance of POINT I/O systems on standard DIN rails.
