Allen-Bradley 1734-VHSC5 Very High Speed Counter Module

The Allen-Bradley 1734-VHSC5 is a POINT I/O Very High Speed Counter Module that provides a single 5 VDC counter channel for fast pulse counting within a POINT I/O network. The open-style, DIN-mounted module plugs into the POINT I/O backplane and, in this 1734-VHSC5 variant, includes two outputs to support count-related control and signaling. It supports multiple VHSC operating modes, including Encoder modes with X1, X2, and X4 scaling, Period/Rate, Continuous/Rate, Rate Measurement, and PWM, plus four Store Count options (Store/Continue, Store/Wait/Resume, Store-Reset/Wait/Start, Store-Reset/Start) to capture and preserve counts as needed.
