Allen-Bradley 1745-LP154 SLC 150 Processor Unit
Allen-Bradley 1745-LP154 SLC 150 Processor Unit
Description:
The Allen-Bradley 1745-LP154 SLC-150 Processor Unit is the central CPU for the SLC-150 family, integrating the processor, RAM, and power supply into a compact backplane module that drives the controller logic for small- to mid-size automation tasks. It provides 20 sinking inputs and 12 relay outputs, all powered from a 24 VDC supply, enabling discrete control of sensors, actuators, and machines in packaging lines, material handling, and light-manufacturing environments. The processor unit accepts an EEPROM memory module for program loading and storage, and is one of six SLC-150 processor variants designed to work with expansion units and other I/O devices in backplane configurations; alternate references include 1745-LP154/B and 1745-LP154/C. Dimensions are listed as about 7.0 in long by 3.0 in wide by 11.0 in high, with operating conditions of 0–40 C and 0–80% non-condensing humidity, and installation can extend to roughly 1,000 meters above sea level.
