Allen-Bradley 1746-A13 is a 13-slot SLC 500 rack chassis designed to host the legacy SLC 500 modular I/O and processor cards on a single backplane. This modular hardware–style rack ships with a 1746-P2 power supply rated for 5 A at 5 VDC and 0.96 A at 24 VDC to power the backplane and installed modules. Its compact form factor measures 6.73 x 19.78 x 5.71 inches and weighs about 4.2 lb (1.9 kg), making it suitable for control panels or industrial cabinets where space is at a premium. The 13-slot backplane is compatible with SLC 500 I/O modules, enabling configuration of a centralized, scalable automation rack for discrete I/O, analog I/O, and other SLC 500 module families.
