Allen-Bradley 1746-HSRV SLC 500 Servo Control Module

The Allen-Bradley 1746-HSRV is a single-axis, closed-loop servo control module for the SLC 500 family, designed to provide precise servo axis positioning within an SLC 500 rack. It is compatible with SLC 500 controllers such as the SLC 5/03 FRN 5.0 and can operate with a variety of SLC 500 processors. The module outputs an analog velocity command with programmable limits up to ±10 V DC to drive compatible servo drives, enabling controlled speed and position of a single servo axis. It includes three 24 VDC input lines and one 24 VDC output for basic signaling and integration with standard automation I/O. Common applications include positioning or speed control of a single servo axis in automation tasks such as packaging, material handling, or simple machine tooling, where a dedicated servo control module is used inside an SLC 500 system.
