Allen-Bradley 1746-NR8 is an 8-channel RTD input module for the SLC 500 family of programmable logic controllers. It provides eight RTD/resistance input channels, designed to measure resistance from RTD sensors and other resistive devices and feed the results to the SLC 500 processor. The NR8 plugs into a 1746 backplane in an SLC chassis and interfaces with the controller to convert sensor resistance into digital values for use in ladder logic, monitoring and control applications.
