Allen-Bradley 1746-OB16E SLC500 Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1746-OB16E SLC500 Output Module is a 16-channel, 24 V DC digital output module for the SLC 500 PLC family, designed to switch DC loads from a 1746 backplane with current-sourcing outputs. The OB16E variant adds electronically protected outputs with current fold-back to limit fault currents and protect both the module and connected devices during overload or short-circuit events. It mounts in a 1746 I/O chassis and uses a removable terminal block (RTB) for field wiring, enabling quick installation and replacement.
