Allen-Bradley 1746-OB32 32-Point DC Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1746-OB32 is a 32-point DC output module for the SLC 500 PLC system, delivering 32 sourcing DC outputs designed to switch 5–50 V DC loads. It plugs into the SLC 500 backplane under control of a compatible Allen-Bradley CPU. As a backplane-mounted I/O module, the OB32 is addressed as part of the SLC 500 digital output channel set and integrates with the 1746 rack architecture. The Vdc and DC Com pins on the OB32 are isolated between groups to preserve channel-group isolation, with a 1492 terminal block recommended to maintain isolation in multi-module configurations.
