Allen-Bradley 1746-P2 Programmable Logic Controller

The Allen-Bradley 1746-P2 is a power supply module for the SLC 500 family that plugs into a 1746-series backplane to provide the chassis with its required DC rails. It accepts 120/220 VAC input and delivers up to 70 watts of power, with backplane current capabilities of 5 A on the +5 V rail and 0.96 A on the +24 V rail, supporting typical 1746 backplanes. The 1746-P2 outputs 18–30 V DC to the backplane, operates on a nominal 50/60 Hz supply with an inrush current up to 20 A, and its physical footprint is approximately 5.5 x 2.9 x 5.7 inches (W x H x D). It is designed for use in 1746 chassis and carries an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 C, making it suitable for powering the CPU and I/O in legacy SLC 500 systems.
