Allen-Bradley 1746-P2 USNT Power Supply Module

The Allen-Bradley 1746-P2 USNT Power Supply Module is a SLC 500 backplane power source designed to mount in a 1746 chassis and supply the backplane rails used by legacy I/O modules. It accepts 120/220 VAC input at 47–63 Hz and draws about 70 watts, with an inrush current up to 20 amps for reliable startup in industrial environments. The module provides two backplane rails: 5 V DC at up to 5 A for the 5 V backplane and 24 V DC at up to 0.96 A for the 24 V rail, with the 24 V output operating across a 18–30 V DC range; it is intended for use in 1746 chassis and supports operation from 0 to 60 C. Measuring roughly 5.5 in x 2.9 in x 5.7 in, the 1746-P2 fits standard SLC 500 power-supply slots and helps maintain stable power delivery for the system’s PLC and I/O modules.
