The Allen-Bradley 1746-P3 is a rack-mount SLC 500 power supply that takes a 24 VDC input and provides 5 VDC backplane power to the SLC backplane and I/O modules, delivering 0.87 A at 5 VDC while drawing up to 3.6 A from the 24 VDC source. It is protected by an input fuse rated at 5 A, 250 V. The 1746-P3 is part of the SLC 500 power family, and Rockwell Automation announced end-of-life for SLC rack-mount power supplies effective September 30, 2024.
