Allen-Bradley 1746-WS SLC 2-Channel Weigh Scale Module

The Allen-Bradley 1746-WS Weigh Scale Module is a two-channel, single-slot I/O module for SLC 500 backplanes that accepts up to eight 350-ohm, full-bridge load cells across its two channels, enabling precise weight measurements on a single weighing vessel. This self-contained, microprocessor-based module provides 5V excitation (±5%), draws up to 1.15 W, and transmits weight data back to the SLC processor via the backplane while offering two TTL-level outputs to drive relays. It is designed to plug into the backplane of an Allen-Bradley SLC 5/02 through 5/05 controller family and is widely used for process weighing tasks such as batching, blending, filling/dispensing, check weighing, force measurement, and level-by-weight or weight-rate monitoring.
