Allen-Bradley 1747-L553 SLC 500 Memory Controller

Allen-Bradley 1747-L553 is a SLC 5/05 processor for the SLC 500 family, delivering 64K words of user memory (approximately 60K words for program and data, plus 4K words for data-only memory) with built-in Ethernet and RS-232 communications. It supports up to 4,096 inputs and 4,096 outputs, up to 480 analog I/O, and can host up to 3 I/O chassis with 30 module slots total. Program scan time is about 0.9 ms and I/O scan time about 0.225 ms, with Flash backup memory for nonvolatile storage and an operating temperature range of 0 to 60°C. Suitable for mid-sized automation tasks and HMI networks, this processor integrates Ethernet-based peer-to-peer messaging and serial programming/diagnostics within a classic SLC 500 system and is RSLogix 500 compatible.
