The Allen-Bradley 1747-M11 SLC 500 Memory Module is a 32KB EEPROM/Flash memory cartridge that backs up the memory contents of SLC 500 CPUs. Equating to 16K words of nonvolatile storage, it preserves the processor’s program, data table, and force tables for SLC 5/03, 5/04, and 5/05 controllers.
