The Allen-Bradley 1756-EN2TSC EtherNet/IP Interface Module is a two-port, copper Ethernet interface for ControlLogix controllers, delivering 10/100 Mbps Ethernet/IP connectivity to plant networks. It supports up to 128 TCP/IP connections and serves as the ControlLogix rack’s Ethernet interface for EtherNet/IP communications, I/O messaging, and data exchange with SCADA, MES, and other networked devices. The -TSC variant adds IPsec-based security to protect Ethernet/IP traffic against unauthorized access, assisting in secure remote access and network segmentation.
