Allen‑Bradley 1756-EN3TR Ethernet/IP Bridge Module is a dual-port EtherNet/IP interface for ControlLogix systems that also functions as a bridge with an embedded copper switch. It uses two RJ‑45 ports at 10/100 Mbps to enable reliable EtherNet/IP communications between the controller, I/O, and remote racks, with bridging that helps optimize network traffic. As a redundant Ethernet/IP communication module, the EN3TR supports fast failover for high‑availability automation and handles up to 128 TCP connections and 128 axes in large configurations.
