Allen-Bradley 1756-IR6I Isolated Input Module

Allen-Bradley 1756-IR6I is a six-channel isolated RTD input module for Rockwell Automation's ControlLogix system, designed to read resistance-temperature detectors through a 20-pin removable terminal block. It provides galvanic isolation of up to 250 V continuous between the input signals and the controller backplane, protecting the Local/Controller from ground loops and noise in demanding industrial environments. Six isolated RTD inputs enable concurrent temperature sensing across multiple points, making it suitable for process control, manufacturing ovens, HVAC, and other applications where precise, isolated temperature measurements are essential.
