The Allen-Bradley 1756-IV16C01F Rev 3.2 is a 16‑point DC input module for ControlLogix backplanes that provides two isolated 8‑point input groups for reliable 24 VDC sensing in industrial automation. Each channel accepts 10–30 V DC with a nominal 24 V, presenting a 3.2 kΩ input impedance at 30 V DC and drawing minimal backplane current, with a total backplane power of 0.61 W and a maximum module power dissipation of 5.41 W at 60 °C. The module supports two timing paths: Group 1 offers a 280 μs nominal off‑to‑on delay (max 1 ms) with a user‑selectable input filter of 0/1/2 ms, while Group 2 offers a 540 μs nominal on‑to‑off delay (max 2 ms) with a filter range of 0/1/2/9/18 ms, enabling debounce and noise filtering across the banks. It provides 250 V continuous isolation between input circuits and the backplane and uses the removable 1756‑TBNH terminal housing for field connections.
