Allen-Bradley 1756-L72S GuardLogix Controller Module

Allen-Bradley 1756-L72S GuardLogix Controller Module is a GuardLogix integrated safety PAC in the Logix 5572S family, delivering 4 MB of user memory and 2 MB of safety memory for safety-rated control tasks. It includes an EtherNet/IP port for seamless networked control and data exchange in large automation systems. Memory and I/O capacity include up to 128,000 I/O points, with up to 128,000 digital I/O and up to 4,000 analog I/O, plus 0.98 MB of I/O memory and 4 MB of total user memory. The device uses an open-style enclosure and consumes roughly 2.5 W (5.1 V rail draws about 800 mA; 1.2 V rail about 5 mA). For full safety operation, a 1756-SP-series safety partner module must be installed in the slot immediately to the right of the controller to enable Run power-up and safety functionality. This GuardLogix controller is designed for safety-critical manufacturing applications that require integrated safety with standard control in a single PAC.
