Allen-Bradley 1756-OA16 16-Point Output Module

The Allen-Bradley 1756-OA16 is a ControlLogix 16-point digital AC output module that switches 74–265 VAC loads from a ControlLogix I/O backplane. It provides 16 output points, arranged as two 8-point groups, with each point rated up to 0.5 A at 60°C and a per-group limit of 2 A (4 A total at 60°C). Operating from 74 to 265 VAC, the module draws about 400 mA from the backplane at 5 V and dissipates up to 6.5 W at 60°C. Field wiring uses removable terminal blocks (1756-TBNH or 1756-TBSH). Isolation voltage is rated at 50 V continuous, and the design supports two eight-point groups to manage current distribution.
