The Allen-Bradley 1756-OB16I is a 16-point DC isolated output module for ControlLogix systems, delivering 24 V DC outputs with an operating range of 10–30 V DC. Each point can sink or source up to 2 A at 30 °C (1 A at 60 °C), with a maximum module current of 8 A (4 A at 60 °C) and total backplane power around 1.8 W. Isolation between outputs and the backplane is 250 V continuous, and the module supports 12/24 V DC sink/source operation; switching delays are 1 ms max Off-to-On and 2 ms max On-to-Off. Typical current draw is 2.5 mA at 24 V on the backplane.
