Allen-Bradley 1756L61 ControlLogix I/O Module

Allen-Bradley 1756-L61 ControlLogix Processor Module is the central controller for ControlLogix chassis-based automation systems, executing user logic and coordinating data across the backplane. It provides 2 MB of data/logic memory with 478 KB of back-up memory and supports a CompactFlash card for additional storage; memory options increase with revision (L61: 2 MB, L62: 4 MB, L63: 8 MB). The module typically draws 1.2 A from a 5 V supply and about 14 mA from a 24 V supply, with a rated power dissipation of 3.5 W, and it offers 30 V continuous isolation; RS-232 connectivity is available via 1756-CP3 or 1747-CP3 cables for legacy ports. Replacement batteries are available in the 1756-BA1/BA2 families, depending on series, to support nonvolatile memory retention.
