Allen-Bradley 1769-IF8 8-Channel Analog Input Module

The Allen-Bradley 1769-IF8 is an 8-channel analog input module for Compact I/O that provides accurate monitoring of analog signals from field devices to the PLC processor. It accepts eight channels of voltage or current signals with a 16-bit resolution and supports voltage inputs up to ±10 V DC and current inputs of 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA, with channel-to-backplane isolation. The unit draws 120 mA from the backplane at 5.1 V DC and can be mounted on a DIN rail or panel within Compact I/O systems, compatible with CompactLogix and MicroLogix platforms. Common applications include process control, temperature and pressure monitoring, water treatment facilities, and automated production equipment where continuous analog feedback is required.
