Allen-Bradley 1771-CFM is a PLC-5 configurable flowmeter module that interfaces the PLC-5 I/O backplane with flowmeters, magnetic pickups, turbine meters, or other TTL pulse sources to measure flow and shaft speed. It provides four channels with four assignable outputs and accepts TTL pulses up to 100 kHz, counting up to 9,999,999 for high-speed totalizing and frequency-based calculations. Part of the 1771 family for use in a 1771 I/O chassis, this module was discontinued by Rockwell on March 20, 2019, with engineering replacement recommended for legacy PLC-5 systems.
